Enjoyed an excellent massage, couple style with my daughter (college student) recently. Both massage therapists were great, taking consideration of our needs and making the space so peaceful and quiet. The staff at the front desk are so warm and attentive. The whole place smells fresh and inviting. Great spot for all kinds pf self-care.

My first time here & I was really excited about my appointment! Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience! Unprofessional, hurtful and literally couldn’t get out of there fast enough! I was fighting back tears after what happened. I had waited for this appointment. Thankfully, I was able to get in somewhere else immediately since I really needed my hair done before the weekend for an event I was attending. I had no issues at the other salon and love my hair. I have never in my life been treated at a hair salon the way I was treated that day.

Always pleased with my nail services. My go to nail technician is Dalia and she's awesome. Always goes above and beyond! Every calming atmosphere within the spa. They also have really cute items to purchase including apparel and bath/shower trinquettes (love love love the shower bombs). And you can get points on the Safe 2 Save app and get discounts and such.

I always enjoy getting my hair cut by Crystal Gail. She does an amazing job and this time helped walk me through a new style. I've gotten SO many compliments on my hair cut. The front desk staff have been very friendly the past few times I've gone in

Called and booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance was told a time and confirmed with the lady. Called day of appointment and was told 30 minutes later than original time. This may not be a big deal to most but we have a daughter with special medical needs and the nurse has a schedule she works. This was the only Saturday we had in over a year to get a couples massage and we both were looking forward to it for 3 weeks. Find a better place that has better customer service. Update: No one ever called or txted the number I provided so I am unsure who gave you that misinformation. Checked all voice-mail and of the 2 I had none was left by you or your staff. And unless you can have a nurse available to watch our daughter on a Saturday there is no way to make it right. You come on here and respond to post like you are all sincere because there is no way anyone can respond to your post. If you did call me like you said you did, then you have my number you call me and make it right.

Very happy with every service I have tried! Sarah (at Rock Prairie) is amazing at every facial and goes above and beyond. She customizes each facial depending on skin each visit. The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. I am moving but will be planning trips in town for facials with Sarah.

Amazing! I bought my wife a spa package for Christmas and she absolutely loved and enjoyed her time. The staff is very friendly, experienced, and helpful. I'm for sure going to book an appointment for myself.

First time visit for a facial at this beautiful spa, I was not disappointed with the facial given by Deanne. She is an excellent esthetician, took care of my skin's needs and addressed any concerns I had. I appreciate her knowledge in the best products to use for my mature skin needs.
